Great practice at the field by the track. Throws are looking good in the wind. Getting ready for our first tournament which is only 2 weeks away! AHHH! 

First practice with our new rookies tonight (Wednesday Oct. 1st) at 8 on the Cal Poly lower fields. Come out and see what our team is about! In addition, during the offseason we met up and came up with reason we love and play ultimate and what we want SLO Motion to stand for in the years to come. Which the team is excited to share with our new teammates.
